Refund & Returns Policy

We want FryNest cookware to arrive as expected and be ready for everyday use. If something is wrong with your order, contact us so we can make it right.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the included accessories and packaging when reasonably possible.
How to start a return
Contact us through our contact page or email help@frynest.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back without a return authorization. The correct return destination may depend on the order and item condition, and we will provide the return instructions after your request is reviewed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit, defective, missing parts, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims, FryNest will provide a replacement, refund, or return label as appropriate.
Return shipping
FryNest covers return shipping for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims. For preference-based returns, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless we say otherwise in writing.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Non-returnable or reduced-refund situations
We may decline or reduce a refund for items that are used, damaged by misuse, missing components, returned outside the return window, or sent without authorization. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel before the order is processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, the return process applies.
