Shipping Policy

FryNest ships customer orders from our fulfillment operation in New Jersey. Orders are not fulfilled from a private residence.
Shipping destinations
Available shipping destinations and delivery options are shown at checkout. During this controlled launch, our standard shipping focus is the United States.
Free standard shipping
FryNest offers free standard shipping on eligible Shopify orders delivered within the United States unless a different shipping option or charge is clearly shown at checkout.
Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is accepted. Processing times may be longer during holidays, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods, or manual review.
Transit time
After the carrier receives the package, standard delivery commonly takes 3 to 7 business days in the United States. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, Shopify sends tracking information to the email or phone number used at checkout. If tracking does not update right away, allow time for the carrier to scan the package.
Address accuracy
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect address, contact us and we will review the available options.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your package appears lost, delayed, or damaged, contact us through our contact page or email help@frynest.com. Include your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the packaging and product.
Returns are separate from delivery
Do not ship returns to a warehouse or business address without a return authorization. Return instructions are provided after a return request is reviewed.
