These Terms of Sale explain how FryNest orders are placed, fulfilled, and supported.

Products covered

FryNest sells cookware, including frying pans, woks, caldero pots, milk pans, tawas, and related bundles. Bundle pages list the included pieces. If a bundle says no lids are included, lids are not part of that bundle.

Order acceptance

After checkout, you may receive an order confirmation. An order may still be canceled if payment fails, inventory is unavailable, the address cannot be serviced, fraud review fails, or a listing error is discovered.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability can change. The price shown at checkout is the price used for that order unless there is an obvious error or the order is canceled before fulfillment.

Shipping

Shipping availability, processing estimates, and delivery details are governed by the Shipping Policy posted on this site.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged item claims, and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy posted on this site.

Care and safety

Cookware should be used on compatible stovetops and with reasonable care. Use low to medium heat for nonstick life, avoid sharp metal utensils and abrasive pads, and let cookware cool before washing.

Resale and abuse

We may limit or cancel orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale, marketplace abuse, fraud, or other activity inconsistent with a normal customer purchase.
